Project Overview

A multi-functional business and retail shopping mall featuring an integrated underground parking garage across three levels. Retail stores, essential services, a supermarket, and various shops are located on Levels 0 and 1.

Level 2 is dedicated to entertainment, including a bowling alley, a six-screen multiplex cinema, gaming rooms, coffee shops, a fitness and wellness center, and a food court.

The building is designed with a structural skeleton system, incorporating numerous aesthetic elements that serve both functional and structural purposes.

Our Role

• Development of detailed design and construction documentation in collaboration with a team of architects and engineers
• Creation of a 3D building model in BIM software
