Project Overview

Aquaventure Phase III at Atlantis The Palm, represents a major expansion of the iconic waterpark, adding 44,000 m² of new attractions. Completed in 2021, the project introduced the 48-meter Trident Tower, home to record-breaking rides like Odyssey of Terror—the world’s tallest Double Tornadowave—and Shockwave, the longest family rafting water coaster globally. It also added Splashers Lagoon and Splashers Cove, creating the Middle East’s largest kids-only waterpark with 16 new slides. Now featuring over 105 slides and attractions, Aquaventure holds the Guinness World Record for the most waterslides in a single waterpark, reaffirming its status as a world-class aquatic destination.

Our Role

• Responsible for Design Development and Construction Documentation
• Development of BIM model and architectural drawings
• Coordination with MEP and structural engineers, landscape architects, and water slide builders/consultants
• Collaboration with remote international offshore teams
