Project Overview

The main level includes the primary living spaces, kitchen, primary suite, and two guest bedrooms. Outdoor features include a covered patio with a retractable glass wall overlooking the grounds, a barbecue area, and a distinctive triangular pool with a sun shelf.

The upper level houses a spacious entertainment area, bar, guest casita, and a tennis court.

The lower level features a 12-car showcase garage, an additional guest room, an exercise area, a bathroom, and a sauna.

Situated on an extreme hillside, this striking residence—with its triangulated spaces and distinctive architectural form—presented significant design and construction challenges, which were successfully met through daily communication and efficient collaboration among all professionals involved in the project.

Our Role

• Responsible for the Design Development and Construction Documentation phases of the project
• Development of comprehensive project documentation using BIM software
• Modeling of structural and MEP systems from CAD to BIM
• Coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models
 
• Generation of clash detection reports and management of clash resolution processes
• Collaboration with remote architectural offshore teams and multidisciplinary design consultants
