Project Overview

Each estate features four ensuite bedrooms, a guest house, and an office or bonus room. Homes start at 6,000 square feet and include four-car garages, with options for customization to accommodate additional parking. The design approach to these luxury residences—located at Arizona’s most prestigious address—offers three distinct architectural styles and four flexible floor plans, all tailored to deliver the highest standards of luxury living.

Our Role

• Engaged from the early stages of the project, utilizing BIM to develop and evaluate multiple design options within a single model to explore various styles and layouts
• Responsible for the Design Development and Construction Documentation phases
• Development of detailed project documentation using BIM software
• Modeling of structural and MEP systems from CAD to BIM
• Coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Generation of clash detection reports and management of clash resolution processes
• Review and coordination of shop drawings
• Collaboration with remote architectural offshore teams and consultants across all design disciplines
